The travel nurse will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, triaging needs, managing pain, and ensuring falls prevention. The role includes planning discharges and implementing interventions aimed at promoting and maintaining patients' health. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to deliver direct patient care and act as an advocate for patients and their families throughout the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and address the immediate and ongoing care needs of patients and their families.
