Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating MEP systems, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate MEP systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure project accuracy.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control procedures are in place.
  • Communicate with building inspectors and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress.
  • Support project managers in optimizing MEP designs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in MEP coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, and codes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
