Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all patient appointments in accordance with physician directives, including external testing, referrals, and surgical services.
- Serve as the communication link between the company's physicians and referring doctors to ensure that all necessary pre-operative and post-operative instructions are conveyed to patients.
- Oversee the monitoring, estimation, and collection of patient financial responsibilities related to in-house services and surgical procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally within a clinical environment.
- Proficient in procedure entry with knowledge of insurance protocols, medical terminology, and ICD10 and CPT coding.
- Exemplary organizational skills, strong communication abilities, multitasking capability, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid Florida Driver's License is required for travel to various clinics.

Additionally, new hires must receive various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, unless an exemption is approved.
