Synthetic Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Chemist to lead research projects and develop new materials and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science, and 5+ years of experience in synthesis chemistry.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading research projects and developing new materials and processes
• Collaborating with production teams to scale up new products and resolve in-process issues
• Maintaining detailed documentation of experiments and research findings
• Providing valuable insights and data to support production and sales teams

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science
• 5+ years of experience in synthesis chemistry
• Proficiency in analytical laboratory techniques and safe lab practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
