Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in alignment with physicians' treatment protocols, ensuring the comfort and health of patients.
The role involves evaluating patients' health status, formulating a comprehensive nursing care plan, administering prescribed medications, executing treatment procedures, monitoring patient progress, documenting relevant observations, and communicating any adverse reactions to medications and treatments.
Additionally, the Registered Nurse assists physicians during medical procedures and prepares necessary instruments and equipment for clinical use.Qualifications:
Essential Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN) with a minimum of two years of recent acute care hospital experience within the last three years
Required Credentials:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Current Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications
