We are seeking a skilled Bellstand Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Boston. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assist guests with luggage, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to guests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
