About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Field Inspector to join our team at InsurSolv, LLC. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential risks and hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
  • Document findings and provide detailed reports to our clients, including photographs and recommendations for mitigation.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, setting your own schedule to accommodate client needs.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • Self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of inspections.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A digital camera or smartphone, as well as a measuring wheel, monopod, and clipboard.
