We are currently seeking a Tree Care Supervisor to enhance our operations. We are interested in candidates with relevant certifications such as ISA or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in tree and shrub pruning techniques, including advanced methods for managing trees in challenging environments.
• Proficient in operating specialized equipment, understanding cabling and bracing techniques, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and practical applications, including:
  • Tree climbing
  • Ornamental pruning
  • Rigging techniques
  • Cabling and bracing
  • Tree removals
  • Maintenance and operation of tools such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
  • Implementation of safety measures in work zones
  • A strong dedication to fostering a safe work environment at R.P. Marzilli
