SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.
- Implement IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static) and configure ACLs in a large enterprise environment.
- Configure routing and switching latest platforms and solutions - Cisco Nexus and/or Arista product line.
- Develop and maintain technical design documentation used by engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience with IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static), specializing in implementing DDoS mitigation strategies.
- 3+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, military experience, education.
- CCNA, CCNP/DP or CCIE Certification preferred - Datacenter.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering and/or 3+ Years of Networking Experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Product/Agile environment utilizing Atlassian Jira products.
- Experience and familiarity with Change control processes - Service Now.
- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship building skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio Professional.
- Experience with scripting YAML/Python/Ansible/GITHUB.
