About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at MedMark Treatment Center. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and collecting personal information from patients.
  • Taking vital signs, assisting practitioners with treatment, and collecting lab samples.

To be successful as a Medical Assistant, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. An ideal candidate should demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward the Substance Use Disorder population.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum age requirement of 18.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as working knowledge of MS Office and patient management software.
  • The ability to establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental attitude toward the Substance Use Disorder population.
  • 1-2 years prior healthcare experience in a similar field and environment.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) plans. We also offer generous paid time off and excellent growth and development opportunities.
