We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of our warehouse, including preparing schedules and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse, including preparing schedules and supervising a team of warehouse staff.
  • Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy and adhere to the 7S program.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments.
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (desired).
