  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Prepare regular reports and metrics to track the performance and effectiveness of RPA initiatives.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or three to five years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in leading RPA development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA Automation Anywhere.
  • 3+ years of relevant RPA engineering experience.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and process automation principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certifications in RPA tools and methodologies are preferred.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs.
  • RPA Developer certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred.
