Responsibilities:
  • Follow proper repair procedures and perform all tasks according to factory specifications.
  • Utilize frame equipment for measuring and installing structural components and repair exterior cosmetic panels with metal finishing and body filler.
  • Glue, rivet, and weld structural components.
  • Remove and replace all parts associated with collision repair, including body, mechanical, electrical, and trim components.
  • Perform steel and aluminum welding operations: MIG / MAG / STRSW / Dent Puller.
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines for hazardous waste disposal and maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work area.
  • Comply with safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician.
  • 75% of the year travel minimum, 3 consecutive week capability, and ability to travel with your own tools.
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple different teams on a wide variety of technical repairs and processes.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently in limited supervision environments.
  • Willingness to work overtime if required.
  • Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and Tesla experience, preferred.
