Commercial HVAC Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform equipment repair, maintenance, and installation tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct thorough HVAC/R system troubleshooting to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Inspect and maintain refrigeration systems to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing components related to HVAC systems, ensuring proper water handling and system functionality.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to design and implement HVAC solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Provide field service support for HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, with a focus on efficiency and safety.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a commercial setting.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and certification or degree in HVAC technology is a plus.
