Position: Food Service Assistant
Work Schedule: Part-time, Evening Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document food temperatures to ensure safety.
- Set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area.
- Prepare and serve food items while ensuring quality control.
- Restock food supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Process payments for food and beverages using a computerized register.
- Adhere to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster effective communication with patrons and team members.
Qualifications:
Applicants should be at least 16 years old. Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively, along with basic math skills. On-the-job training will be provided.
Depending on the hiring location, obtaining Serv Safe certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required within a specified timeframe.
