We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Practitioner to join our team at Physician Empire. As a Family Medicine Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient medical care to our patients, including direct patient care, multidisciplinary interaction with support services, and other clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care and support services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Mentor and supervise mid-levels and students as needed
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or equivalent experience
- License to practice as a physician in the State of California
- Proficient in the Spanish language (preferred)
- Enthusiasm for and commitment to working with vulnerable populations
