Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Tucson, AZ and Yuma, AZ regions. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing service technicians and overseeing multiple facilities spread across a large geographic area.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment at CMI's customer sites. Key responsibilities include checking work orders, performing preventative maintenance, monitoring building equipment, ordering supplies, and conducting quality control inspections.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Management: Manage the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment at CMI's customer sites.
- Work Order Management: Check work orders and after-hours reports for any assignments to be completed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform and facilitate preventative maintenance work orders.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Order supplies, parts, and equipment necessary to support repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance functions.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control inspections and produce QC reports.
- Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in each of the following: Technician in HVAC and Mechanical Systems, Quality control inspections of building systems and equipment.
- Management Experience: At least five (5) years of experience managing service technicians.
- Certifications: Must possess a current trade certification in either HVAC or Mechanical Systems. Project Management Professional certification or Certified Assistant Project Manager certification is strongly preferred.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Results Orientation: Excellent results orientation with ability to drive operational excellence.
- Accountability: Ability to hold self and others accountable for achieving desired outcomes.
- Operational Business Thinking: Strong operational business thinking skills with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
