We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team at Kettering Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of radiographic examinations using both fixed and portable equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform radiographic examinations using various equipment, including c-arms and surgery units
- Work under limited supervision, exercising independent judgment and initiative
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Assist in other areas during low-volume periods
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Valid Ohio License as a Radiographer
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours and overtime
- Previous experience in a hospital setting as a Radiologic Technologist
- Ability to learn new procedures and operate new equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
