Job Overview
Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. As a Retail Eyewear Sales Professional, you will bring an authentic, fun and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships building brand loyalty.
  • Provides an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Takes pride in the appearance of store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
  • Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

What We Offer

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
