Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative I to receive and respond to customer communications involving general inquiries and customer recovery needs in a caring, genuine, and authentic way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to high-volume customer communications in a timely manner
- Ensuring satisfactory resolution and completion of each communication per Raising Cane's standards, policies, and procedures
- Supporting the collection of data, and creation of reports, materials, and presentations to support departmental needs
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
This full-time position requires a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX.
