Job Title: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Parkersburg, WV.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures using technical knowledge and good judgment.
  • Acquire and process patient studies, set up reading for physicians, and maintain accurate and complete daily records.
  • Identify opportunities for department efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Demonstrate team effort with all co-workers, internal/external customer interactions, and assistance.
Requirements
  • AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
  • BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure.
  • Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families.
