Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement multi-level sales plans to achieve revenue growth and business retention goals.
- Direct, manage and develop a team of 15+ sales professionals to drive business growth and retention.
- Ensure the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of demonstrated successful sales management experience, including knowledge of competitive analysis, strategizing and execution, and negotiation tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Transportation required, Master's degree preferred.
- Expert knowledge of transportation and food industry, to include general principles and logistics of freight movement.
- Advanced knowledge of financial elements such as balance sheets, cost of capital, depreciation, tax reporting, etc.
