We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Model safe behavior at all times and actively participate in safety improvement activities.
- Complete all formal and on-the-job training to develop technical expertise in electrical systems, including vision systems, PLC and digital drive systems, process controls, and electrical inspection.
- Read and use electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Remove, repair, and install instruments, DCS components, and related equipment.
- Set up and operate test equipment associated with the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of industrial process control systems.
- Identify patterns of failures and design out failures to improve system reliability.
- Support the planning and execution of daily, weekly, and shutdown activities.
- Participate in cost-effective decision making and collaborate with the team to provide excellent service to the Paris plant.

- Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Have an associate degree in Electromechanical Technology (electrical focus), Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Instrumentation, or equivalent degree, or Military MOS.
- Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills.
- Pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug and background screening.
- Pass a post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
