Maintenance Technician (Approximate Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000)

This position requires a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain a historical property with various responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Large-scale maintenance projects: Ensure the property remains well-maintained.
• Make ready tasks: Complete these efficiently and effectively.
• Repairs and upkeep: Include tasks such as painting, appliance repair, and electrical/plumbing work.
• Boiler systems: Strong preference for experience with older properties and boiler systems.
• General maintenance: Ensure the property remains in good condition.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in apartment maintenance is necessary.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Capacity to handle various tasks, from major projects to minor repairs.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism when interacting with residents and colleagues.
