Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by meticulously cleaning and maintaining guest rooms. This position requires adherence to comprehensive cleaning protocols and guidelines to uphold our esteemed reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms on a daily basis.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from public areas, hallways, and guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies, including sanitization products.
  • Refill chemical containers as needed.
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and satisfaction for all guest areas and touchpoints.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Adhere to cleaning standards set by the company and health guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing attentive and courteous service to guests and team members.
