We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our operations team. This role demands a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen understanding of scheduling tools and strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and updating project schedules for multiple projects crucial to the successful delivery of our construction projects.

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including Aetna PPO and HSA plans, dental PPO and HMO plans, free vision plan, 401(k) with employer match, short and long-term disability, and 15 days of PTO (accrued) and 8 paid holidays.

As a Scheduler at Cleveland Electric Company, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing baseline schedules using the critical path method based on defined project execution philosophies.
  • Identifying and communicating the critical path of the project.
  • Understanding and incorporating logic into the schedule(s).
  • Incorporating industry best practices into schedule creation and management.
  • Creation of work breakdown structures in coordination with project teams.
  • Ensuring effective schedule optimization through appropriate sequencing and prioritization of work.
