Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Biostatistician - Real-World Evidence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for providing statistical expertise and support for observational research projects sponsored by our pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement study protocols and Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) for observational research projects.
  • Ensure the appropriateness of study design, sample size, and statistical methodologies used in RWE studies.
  • Conduct data analysis, including data management, statistical programming, and interpretation of results.
  • Prepare tables, listings, and graphs specifications for RWE study reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish timelines for completion of study-related statistical activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field; or MS with minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong programming skills in SAS and experience with bio-statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with observational databases and database examples, such as US medical and pharmacy claims databases.
