Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly Duties:- Assemble mechanical parts in accordance with blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools for precise fitting and alignment of components.
- Execute precision measurements with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
- Conduct functional testing on assembled products to verify operational integrity.
- Inspect components and assemblies for quality compliance and identify defects.
- Troubleshoot assembly challenges and implement necessary corrections.
- Maintain thorough documentation of assembly processes and quality inspections.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to address technical challenges.
- Engage in team discussions to review project developments and concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Comply with industry regulations and organizational policies.
