Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries International Inc. As a key member of our retail store team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience and promoting sales for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accept and process donations from customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor
  • Offer receipts to donors and provide information on hazardous product disposal
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
