We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our float nursing pool at Carlisle Nursing & Rehab in Carlisle, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to build a flexible schedule that suits your needs, working a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and achieve departmental goals.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
