Position Objective


The primary goal of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all external areas of the convenience store, ensuring a welcoming environment for all Holiday Oil patrons.


Management Responsibilities:

No supervisory duties are associated with this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough pressure washing of exterior pathways, parking lots, and general outdoor areas to uphold a pristine appearance.
  • Inspect and pressure wash the mechanical components of the car wash, air, and vacuum stations, performing repairs as necessary.
  • Ensure that the concrete surfaces around fuel pumps are regularly cleaned and maintained for optimal appearance and function.
  • Address minor maintenance and mechanical issues as they arise or are assigned.
  • Report any significant maintenance needs identified during routine duties that require specialized attention.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Adhere to all established safety protocols and preferred work methods, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Be available to work flexible shifts as required.
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional training in mechanical fields is advantageous.
  • Proven mechanical skills, including the ability to identify and execute minor repairs on equipment.
  • Possession of a valid Utah Driver's License.
  • Clean driving record as verified by MVR.
  • Willingness to work a graveyard shift (9 PM to 6 AM).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
