The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality. Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred. A flexible schedule and ability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays are also essential requirements. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Travel Centers and Plazas are kept well-stocked and organized, delivering fast service, friendly smiles, and clean facilities to all guests, assisting guests with their needs in a timely manner, managing vendor and inventory flow, merchandising promotions and value items to increase sales, and analyzing information from key reports to increase sales.
With an estimated salary of between $13.65 - $19.78 per hour, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
