Behavior Therapist

Nova Supports is a leading provider of ABA therapy services for individuals with autism and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

The RBT will provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst
• Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Attend regular training and supervision sessions
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children with autism

• Competitive hourly pay ($20-$23/hour once certified)
