Compensation Package:
The pay package for this role includes a competitive salary of $$137.83 per hour (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours/week), with tax-free stipends determined by the client. Job Responsibilities:
This position involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Case Management, providing expert care to patients and coordinating their treatment plans. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing personalized care strategies, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of case management principles, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess a current RN license, relevant experience in case management, and proficiency in clinical software applications. A strong educational background in nursing, along with certification in case management or a related field, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
