Respiratory Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at The Laurels of Milford. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests with breathing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat guests with respiratory conditions
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Establish and maintain respiratory equipment par-level and required maintenance records
  • Provide routine clinical care, including ventilator checks, tracheostomy care, and respiratory medication delivery
Requirements:
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • Completion of a two-year accredited Respiratory Program
