**Job Summary**

Autonomy Staffing is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and work at one of our clients' facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and systems within the facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
  • Assist with installation and upgrades of equipment and systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
