We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill the role of Groundskeeper/Maintenance at one of our luxury apartment communities in Jersey City, NJ. As a member of our prestigious property management team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our community.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the Management Office, models, interior public areas, and common spaces in a neat and clean condition. You will also be responsible for maintaining all grounds, including sidewalks, public walkways, building exteriors, garden areas, and dog runs. Additionally, you will assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready and compact and remove trash and debris from the community.

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year, and serve on-call as scheduled or necessary. You should also possess basic computer skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Office products, good verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
