  • Perform high-quality, therapeutic massages that meet the individual needs of each client
  • Customize massage services to craft truly personalized sessions
  • Safeguard the client experience and maintain client confidentiality

  • Protect our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members
Requirements
  • Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
  • Meet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state
  • Pass a background and reference check
  • Thirsty for knowledge and seeking continuing education to build on modality mastery (including Swedish and deep tissue massage)
  • Clear communicator who can effectively identify each client's needs and set clear expectations
  • Total body care champion who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed
  • Great teammate who shows up on time ready to jump in wherever needed
