About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the health needs of patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and families. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing * Current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut or the ability to obtain * Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to assess health needs of patients and to perform nursing care in a safe, caring manner
Preferred Qualifications:
* One year of acute care nursing experience * BSN or ADN/ASN and actively enrolled in a BSN program * Med/Surg and/or Geriatric Certification * Epic experience
