LPC Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Thriveworks in Athens, GA. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.

• Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, focusing on depression and anxiety treatment.
• Conduct intakes and diagnoses under the supervision of a licensed professional.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless client care.

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Approved by the board as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• FREE group and individual clinical supervision.
• A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, paid orientation, and annual pay increases.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
• Full clinical caseload established within the first days.
