At Todd Faerber Farmers Insurance Agency, we're committed to excellence and client-focused service. As a Property and Casualty Specialist, you'll work directly with clients, using your sales skills to deliver personalized insurance solutions that truly make a difference.
The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year. You'll also enjoy benefits such as Annual Base Salary + Commission, Paid Time Off (PTO), Career Growth Opportunities, Hands on Training, Evenings Off, and a Mon-Fri Schedule.
Your responsibilities will include managing and growing an established portfolio of property and casualty clients, actively prospecting and acquiring new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships, conducting in-depth risk assessments and recommending appropriate coverage solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
To succeed in this role, you must currently hold or be able to obtain a valid Property and Casualty insurance license. Experience in property and casualty insurance is preferred, though relevant experience in sales, client management, or insurance-related fields will also be considered.
