Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop individualized plans of care.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in pediatric care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to pediatric care.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
- 3 years' RN experience in pediatric care.
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree.
