About the Role

Field of Talent is a leading provider of autism therapy and behavioral health services. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic clinical services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft tailored intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child, grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and meet the highest standards of clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and collaborate effectively with colleagues to drive excellence.
  • Adhere to BACB professional and ethical standards, setting a high bar for performance.
  • Protect patient rights and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  1. A master's degree or higher in a relevant field and current BCBA certification.
  2. Proficiency in Behavioral Assessments and Intervention Plans.
  3. A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
  4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location: South Bend, IN

Estimated Salary Range: Up to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes an attractive benefits package and up to $15,000 sign-on bonus.
