About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist - Computed Tomography for a 13-week travel assignment in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as a CT Technologist, providing diagnostic imaging services to patients. The role will involve operating computed tomography scanners, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining accurate records. If you have experience in radiology and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, this position may be the ideal fit for you.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort throughout the examination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data, test results, and any notable incidents or complications.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiology technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferably in computed tomography.
  • Certifications such as ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RT(R)(CT).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • A strong understanding of radiology principles, patient safety protocols, and quality control measures.
