Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Engineer to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, tackling complex challenges in the utility sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, coordinating project workloads, scheduling resources, and attending project meetings and site walkdowns with clients and Leidos team.
  • Partner with cross-functional design teams for transmission projects, ensuring quality control and timely submission of design packages.
  • Focus on managing a high-profile large account client, assisting with QA/QC for other clients, and promoting continuous improvement to develop streamlined processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – Required.
  • 10+ years of transmission line design experience – Required.
  • PE Licensure – Preferred.
  • Experience with project management software, Microsoft Suite, and transmission engineering design practices – Required.
