About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Programs Coordinator to join our team at Unique Homes & Lumber. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating programs and events that cater to the diverse interests of our residents.

Job Summary

The Senior Programs Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents
  • Coordinate and manage events and programs
  • Research and evaluate community events and programs
  • Prepare and publish a monthly program calendar
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the activities program
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in program coordination and event planning

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
