Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate with customers and provide estimates for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience at an automotive dealership is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the service drive and ability to work efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer competencies.

  • Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
