Job Overview

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to fill a travel ICU position in a reputable healthcare facility. Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU care.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in ICU nursing, with a preference for 2 years or more.
  • Valid RN license in the state of Washington.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
