Leasing Consultant

Gallery Residential is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth through effective marketing and leasing strategies.

• Leasing and Sales: Conduct property tours, show apartments, and process applications to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to drive traffic to the property and create a positive resident experience.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage resident and prospect data, track apartment availability, and complete financial records and reports.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in property management software.
