We are seeking a highly skilled Adjunct Lecturer to join our Culinary Arts team at Kingsborough Community College. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Culinary Arts and be able to teach a variety of courses.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching courses in culinary arts, pastry arts, food and beverage management, artisanal bread baking, food and beverage cost control, sanitation, and dining room management.
- Participating in program development and assessment to ensure the highest quality educational experience for our students.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students. A minimum of five years of post-degree employment in Culinary Arts is also required.
